Dee is a dynamo of energy and enthusiasm. But I feel sorry for her that she is constantly having to prop me up and make me do stuff which I really do not want to do. She has become a good friend over the past 5 years – I actually see her more
than any of my other friends because of our two sessions per week. And in all our time together (Dee tells me 384 hours as of today!) - I have never seen her down, nor distracted nor less than fully focused on me and what I am doing. She
keeps track of what I’ve done in the past and modifies all her session plans if I’m having problems with my back, ankle, or breathing. Dee has kept me flexible and balanced and able to live an active and healthy life – and I couldn’t have done
it without her.
