Vintage Fitness are in home personal trainers specialized to work with older adults. We do not have facilities but come to your home or condo and work with you there.
Most sessions are 1 hour.
All of our trainers are certified personal trainers and older adult fitness specialists. Many trainers have undergraduate, masters and college degrees in different areas of health and wellness.
No- we bring the equipment when we come to train you.
Yes- we offer personal training in pools, because we don’t have a facility we would have to work in your condo pool.
All invoices and payments are done through Vintage Fitness- no payments are given directly to trainers. Once you have had your free 30 minute consultation we will send you and invoice that can be paid on (attached link), by sending a personal training or by calling in your credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Invoices are monthly.
Any missed sessions where we are given 12 hour notice simply get banked to the end of your contract.
No- we offer in home personal training but do have trainers that teach group classes such as yoga and Zumba. If you have a small group that is interested in having a Vintage Fitness instructor come to teach you a class drop erin@vintagefitness.ca a note.
We will not ask you to exercise during this consultation. The trainer will review what training with Vintage Fitness is like, we will learn more about your fitness goals and we will review pricing. This meeting gives you a chance to meet your potential trainer, make sure that you are comfortable and ask any questions that you have.

One of the benefits of a large training team is that we can offer vacation coverage while your trainer is away. Call Erin (866) 471-0109 to book.
You can bank your sessions while you are away and plan to take the sessions during your 3, 6 or 12 month program or at the end of your program.
