Leigh Graham is the owner of Vintage Fitness and has been a passionate supporter and provider of seniors’ fitness over the last two decades.
She is versed in the wide spectrum of individualized care that each client needs, whether they are starting fresh after a major setback or disability, have conditions requiring specialized care, or are currently active seniors that want to keep living life to the fullest.
