This One Exercise for Seniors Builds Leg, Shoulder and Core Strength
We all have those weeks where we are overbooked or just feeling unmotivated to do a long exercise routine. This exercise is a one stop shop to improve your leg strength, core stability, posture, back strength, and shoulder mobility.
You will need an exercise band and a door to do this exercise. It is a standing exercise so no need to get down and up off of the floor. To make it harder use a tighter band and increase the depth of your squat. Make sure you have a wall nearby if your balance is an issue.
Follow along with older adult fitness specialist Lorenzo and make sure to stay for his jokes at the end of the video!
