We are thrilled to announce that PJ has joined our team at Vintage Fitness. An enthusiastic, conscientious, and highly knowledgeable trainer, PJ is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of seniors through tailored fitness programs. He is now ready to start serving clients in the Etobicoke and Vaughan areas.
PJ has been a dynamic part of the fitness industry since 2018. His journey began in his youth, where he transformed his health through dedicated physical training, profoundly changing his body and self-esteem. This personal transformation ignited his passion for fitness, leading him to pursue formal education in the field.
PJ holds two college diplomas—one in Exercise Science from Humber College and another in Nutrition Science from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition. His commitment to education didn’t stop there; he further expanded his expertise by earning certifications as a Pilates instructor and a Yoga instructor. PJ believes that ongoing education is crucial for providing top-quality service and is committed to making the world a healthier place, one person at a time.
At Vintage Fitness, PJ’s mission is to help seniors enhance their health and independence through carefully tailored exercise programs. He is a fervent believer in the power of personal fitness to improve overall quality of life, especially for seniors.
