This past January, Vintage Fitness launched a fitness challenge designed not only to get you moving but to strategically build the necessary strength for one of the most common requests we hear: how to easily get down to the floor and back up again.

A Month of Building Skills

Each week of the challenge focused on a different exercise, building up your capability step by step:

  • Week 1: We started with sit-to-stands, strengthening your lower body.
  • Week 2: We moved to counter push-ups to build upper body strength.
  • Week 3: Step-ups on a stair helped enhance balance and coordination.
  • Week 4: We concluded with tricep dips on the counter to boost arm strength and offer an alternative way to ease down to the floor.

Why These Exercises?
