This week, the world celebrates Active Aging Week, and at Vintage Fitness, we couldn’t be more supportive! The International Council on Active Aging and Humana have once again brought together thousands of organizations and tens of thousands of seniors to celebrate the contributions of older adults across the globe.

At Vintage Fitness, we joined in the excitement by offering free live online fitness classes to get us energized in the morning and help us unwind in the evening. It was a wonderful way to connect with our community and celebrate the importance of staying active at any age.

Active Aging Week serves as a powerful reminder that our value and worth go far beyond our professional contributions. Staying curious, engaged, and continuously learning leads to a rich and joyful life, especially as we enter the golden years.
