Celebrate Active Aging Week with Free Online Classes from Vintage Fitness
Active Aging Week is something that truly excites us here at Vintage Fitness! While we're always passionate about promoting a lifetime of movement, the week of September 30th to October 6th is a special opportunity to celebrate seniors who are leading the way in active living. Seniors all over the world will be inspiring us by 'walking the talk' and reminding us all of the incredible benefits of staying active as we age.
To mark this occasion, we’re offering a series of fun and free events that are open to not just our cherished Vintage Fitness clients, but the entire senior community! Wherever you are in the world, you can join us live online and get moving with the Vintage Fitness team and community.

Our first event is a FREE morning exercise class held live on Zoom, on Tuesday, October 1st, at 10 AM. This 30-minute session will focus on stretching, gentle exercises, and—most importantly—having fun! It's a perfect way to kick off Active Aging Week with some light movement and connection.
