Having Trouble Getting Out of a Low Chair?
As we age it can become harder and harder to easily get out of a low chair such as a beach or Muskoka chair. We have personal training clients with Vintage Fitness who used to avoid certain social events such as family beach picnics because they were worried they wouldn't be able to stand up from a beach chair.
With a few stretches and exercises you can build up the strength and flexibility in your hips and legs to be able to get up from low sofas and chairs with ease.
