Vintage Fitness would like to welcome David McCulloch to our personal training team. David has been on a fitness journey since his early 40’s when he realized that his lifestyle was impacting his health and how well he would age. Over the last 20 years he has dramatically changed his lifestyle choices and in his 60’s now he is lean, strong and pain free. He has been successfully coaching other seniors for the last decade. We are lucky to have David join our team as a personal trainer.
