I wish you a wonderful start to 2020.  Thank you for your support of Vintage Fitness in 2019.  Every new at this time for the past 14 years that Vintage Fitness has been in business people ask our team of 50+ fitness experts to create an exercise program to help them lose weight.   One of the things that we have realized is that clients often need to spend some time thinking about why weight lose has not been successful in the long term for them in the past and address internal barriers to ensure their success.

This year Vintage Fitness has partnered with a weight loss coach, Eleonora Van Orman (the in between coach) to create a package of 2 coaching conversations about weight loss and 2 in home personal training sessions.

The program is a good fit for you if:

  • You have been losing and gaining the same 20 pounds for the last 15 years
  • Your doctor has told you that you should lose weight to improve your health
  • You realize that “quick fix” weight loss programs don’t result in long term behaviour change and are rarely successful
