Overcoming barriers to exercise
“I am worried that I will get hurt”
Starting a new exercise program can be challenging especially if you have been injured at the gym in the past or have a medical condition that you are managing. For 90% of the population the long-term risk of inactivity out-weighs the risk of becoming active.
One of the main barriers to exercise that the Vintage Fitness personal training team hears is “I am afraid that I will get hurt”. Have a look at this video to learn how to overcome this barrier and get active!
