15 Minute Balance Workout for the 50+

15 minute full body holiday workouts for the 50+
Exercise Program 5 of 6- Better Balance

With 2019 a few days away and holiday dinners and drinks still in full swing, a few Vintage Fitness personal training clients have asked me to create a 15 minute balance workout.

The best way to improve your balance is to build strength in your legs and feet as well as developing your core strength. If you need modified exercises because of an injury or you haven’t exercised in a while drop me a note erin@vintagefitness.ca and I will send different exercises through.  If you want an even more personalized program for your needs consider in home personal training
