Mariela, the Vintage Fitness personal trainer for Mississauga shows you how to do the perfect bi-cep curl using an exercise band.  Bicep curls are a great exercise to strength the front of your arms which helps with lifting and carrying things. 

The most common mistakes that people make when doing this exercise are:

  • leaning forward
  •  keeping their elbows too far away from their bodies
  • Stopping too soon and not doing the full range of motion
