The Perfect Squat
Vintage Fitness trainer, Bill Ross, in Markham and Aurora, shows you how to do the perfect squat. Many of our 50+ clients lean forward too much when they squat which can cause pain in the knees. In the video below Bill shows you the most common squatting mistakes and how to fix them. If you are unsteady squat into a secure chair or start with a very small squat.
