The Vintage Fitness in home personal training team specializes in energizing the lives of people over 50 understand and empathize with clients who are scared or unmotivated to start to exercise. We work slowly focusing on a goal that is important to the client. Vintage Fitness is a team of personal trainers who work across the GTA including Mississauga, Etobicoke, North York and Downtown.
If your mom doesn’t live in Toronto consider on-line training with our specialized team of trainers.

- Two in home personal training sessions including a full fitness assessment, created of fitness goals, a written program customized to your mom and a home exercise DVD. Investment: $160
- Ten in home personal training sessions including a full fitness assessment, created of fitness goals, a written program customized to your mom and a home exercise DVD. Investment: $800
- Five in home personal training sessions at the 10 pack discounted rate and one month of on-line training. Investment: $500
- One month of on-line personal training including a customized program for your mom, unlimited email support and two coaching calls. Investment: $150
