Balance exercises for 50+



As spring arrives here in Toronto we are all keen to get out walking, playing tennis and gardening.  All of this activity will benefit your heart, bone density, muscular strength and endurance and brain health.

Before you start a new activity make sure that your balance is stable enough to ensure that you will be safe.
