My clients that exercised regularly, made good food choices and included mindfulness practices in their lives were able to cope with the challenges in their lives with grace and resilience.
My wellness approach is one of balance. I believe you can have vitality and energy and deal with health issues that occur with aging, if you maintain the proper nutrition and a solid fitness plan that is designed specifically with your needs in mind.

I bring a solid background working with all age groups and particularly with seniors. Safety and proper technique is my first and foremost priority with all my clients.
