His career spans a wide range of roles, including working as a Physiotherapy Assistant, where he supported individuals diagnosed with dementia, arthritis, paralysis, hip injuries, and heart issues. Nisarg specializes in helping seniors improve their balance, mobility, and strength, enabling them to remain independent and perform daily activities with ease. Through his unique and engaging exercise games, he not only motivates senior clients but also incorporates elements designed to fight depression, making each session more enjoyable and encouraging clients to stay active and involved in their fitness journey.
In addition, Nisarg has experience in conducting fall prevention group exercise classes, helping seniors improve their stability, balance, and confidence to reduce the risk of falls. His classes focus on exercises designed to enhance strength, coordination, and mobility, providing seniors with the tools to stay safe and active.
