My name is Prabhjot Singh and I’m a proud member of the Vintage Fitness personal training team. I’ve worked as a personal trainer since 2018 and have had the pleasure of teaching clients of all ages to incredible wellbeing and fitness levels. My fitness journey began as a young adult. I was weak, lethargic, and had poor self esteem. The gym became a way for me to work on solving those problems. A few years later, I was so satisfied with the changes in my body and mind that I wanted to share the gift of health with others.
I earned two college diplomas; one in exercise science from Humber College and one in nutrition science from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition. After achieving my personal training certification, I began working in the field, and continued growing my skills with both a Pilates instructor certification and a Yoga instructor certification. I believe ongoing education is important in order to deliver the best quality service to our clients. I aim to make the world a healthier place one person at a time, and by helping seniors improve their health through Vintage Fitness I get to fulfill my mission every single day.
