Meet Sarah, a highly motivated, results focused, Certified Personal Trainer, bringing you the benefit of her over 15 years of 1:1 training experience.

Sarah works tirelessly with her clients to establish quantifiable fitness goals and designs results-driven, customized, training programs that help them accomplish objectives that are both meaningful and fun. Sarah's experience spans a wide range of ages. With her focus mostly on seniors, she has adapted a training style that works best for clients experiencing the health and fitness issues most often faced by older people.

Throughout her career, Sarah has continued to seek new ways to keep her clients motivated through a variety of training techniques including; strength balance, flexibility & mobility training.

I engaged the help of Sarah Davis, through Vintage Fitness, when arthritis and muscle loss began to affect me -- I wasn't ready to give up mobility! -- and it was a perfect choice. Sarah is caring and professional; she listens, and adapts the program to my needs, while pushing me just enough. The exercises are varied and never boring (this, from someone who avoids gyms and has never lifted weights), and Sarah explains the reason for each one, i.e., what need(s) it addresses. I feel completely safe under her guidance -- safe, motivated, and hopeful! My only complaint is that the hour goes too quickly :)

I've also been impressed by Vintage Fitness itself; by Sid's initial help, by Leigh's check-ins, and by the administrative process, which is clear and easy to follow. In all, a great experience which I highly recommend.
