Growing up as a competitive athlete was a lot of work but it kept me focused and determined to be my best. All of my experience through training, competition and injuries have allowed me to have a great understanding of how the body works and responds to fitness. It was that dedication to sport that spurred my interest to work in the health field in one way or another. I started out practising Athletic Therapy for close to 22 years. Athletic Therapy allowed me to gain enormous experience in treating and rehabbing many different injuries for all ages. I have years of experience treating injuries such as knee, hip and shoulder replacements, back and pelvis dysfunction and general elbow, wrist and knee pain. Since then my passion now lies in Personal training as a certified Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer. Now as a Personal Trainer and Kinesiologist I would like to pass on my love of living a healthy and active life. I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body in whatever your daily or yearly goals may be. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout.
