This toolkit was developed through funding from New Horizons to improve the health and wellness of marginalized older adults with a series of workshops.
I was in Cory's Seniors Exercise classes for several years at Millwood Manor and during that time we all progressed from finger pinches to some advanced ballet like movements, and greatly improved our over all muscle strength and fitness. His class was always fun as he encouraged to work harder. We were all very unhappy when the classes ended.
