She has a special affinity for working with seniors and has extensive experience guiding them towards healthier and happier lives. From private sessions to group settings, Katie has empowered adults and seniors alike to embrace wellness.

Moreover, Katie's background in nursing homes and home nursing has provided her with a unique understanding of joint health, arthritis, and rehabilitation.

Katie is available for in-person sessions in Richmond Hill, Markham, and North Toronto, as well as virtual training. Fluent in both English and Farsi, she ensures effective communication and support for all her clients.
